Shipping & Returns


You don't need an account to browse or place items in your cart. When you are ready to place your order, please create an account, which will ease your checkout and make returns visits a breeze. When you are ready to checkout any selections you make are transferred to your secure shopping cart.


To place your order select any items in our catalog by selecting Add To Cart. As you add items to your Shopping Cart you will see them listed in the top right of your screen. At any time you may enter the shopping cart and change the quantities of an item or remove an item.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER – check your order carefully! if you are not sure of the right toy size for your bird or if a toy is appropriate for your bird, please contact us. We'll be happy to answer all of your questions and help you through the ordering process. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Note - All pictures are for illustration purposes only. Rosie has tried to describe the items listed accurately, but errors may occur from time to time, please contact us by email if you find a problem with the description. Sometimes manufacturers supply items that are a different color(s) from the one in the picture, we will try to note this in the description, but in certain instances the item shipped may be a different color from the picture.

We require a physical address to ship your order - we do not ship to a PO Box. We use UPS to ship all orders. We ship within 24 – 48 hours and most orders arrive in 1 to 5 days from when they are shipped. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped along with tracking number and any other particulars.



Please choose toys carefully. All toy sales are final and refunds will not be given for change of mind. We do not accept return on toys or opened food items. Please contact us if you require more information on a product or assistance in choosing appropriate sizes for your bird! Any item found to be faulty will be replaced. We are committed to hold to strict guidelines providing safe, disease-free products. We cannot take the risk of accepting your returns and exposing our birds or the birds of other customers to airborne or other illnesses. Thank you for your understanding.


At, we trust you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept non-toy items returned within 7 days and award a full refund of the product cost minus a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Food Items must be returned 'unopened' for a credit unless there is a problem with the product. The delivery shipping will only be refunded if there was an error on your order or due to a faulty product.


We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product and we will pay the shipping back to you in this case if you want an item in exchange. If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please let us know.


Return Procedure

Please contact us before returning any merchandise using our Contact Form or call 360.829.6643. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and provide you the return shipping address. Please use the original packing material. If you need assistance in shipping the merchandise back, let us know.
